Friday, October 30, 2009, 07:00

Residents of Bath and North East Somerset have the chance to give their views on the major challenges facing the district over the next 20 years at a range of events next week.

Whitchurch Community Centre will host an exhibition on the district council's Core Strategy on Monday and Friday, November 6, from 3.30pm–7.30pm.

Midsomer Norton and Radstock Town Council will have an event at the council chamber, Hollies, on Monday, from 6.30pm–8pm.

There will be a display at Midsomer Norton Farmer's Market, on Saturday, November 7, from 9am–1pm.

Residents have until December 11 to respond with their view on the tough challenges faced by the area, such as the need to provide more affordable homes and infrastructure.

The Core Strategy document can also be read at all libraries in the district and at reception areas in Trimbridge House, Bath; Riverside, Keynsham; and the Hollies, Midsomer Norton.
