The Game plays A-Team's BA Baracus?
According to Blackfilm.com the role - made famous in the cult TV series by Mr. T - was being considered for another rapper-turned-actor, Common, but since he was recently cast opposite Queen Latifah in Just Right, he may not finish filming before The A-Team is due to begin production in August.
Blackfilm.com claims to have learned exclusively that The Game is now being considered to play B.A Baracus in the 20th Century Fox project, directed by Joe Carnahan.
The A-Team tells the story of a group of four ex-US Army Special Forces, who are on the run from a crime they didn't commit, doing good deeds along the way. Their leader is Colonel John 'Hannibal' Smith, originally played by the late George Peppard.
According to Variety, Liam Neeson was in negotiations to star as Hannibal, while Bradley Cooper is set to play Face.
The film is due for release in June 2010.
