PEOPLE in Keynsham are being urged to give their views on plans to improve traffic flows in the town.

One of the options is to turn the High Street into a one-way road.

An exhibition will be held tomorrow where people can examine the proposals and make comments.

The event will be held at the former Peacocks' shop in The Centre from 12.30pm to 7pm and presentations will be given at 1pm, 3pm and 6pm where people can see computer modelling work.

The road changes have been triggered by plans to regenerate the town centre with a new £34 million civic complex which includes shops, town square and a market place.

A planning application will be submitted for the scheme and a further exhibition of the overall proposals will be held in a few months' time.

The latest information about the project, including a fly-through of the proposed development, can be found at www.bathnes.gov.uk/keynshamregen.
