Craig Laird insists play-off hopefuls Weston will be underdogs at Basingstoke this weekend.
Eager to return to winning ways after suffering their first defeat in five games at home to leaders Salisbury last weekend, Weston head for Basingstoke intent on putting their play-off quest back on track this Saturday.
Although the Hampshire outfit are in the lower reaches of the league table, Laird insists his team will again be regarded as underdogs.

He told The Post: “As far as I’m concerned, we go into every game in this league as underdogs.
“It is a mentality my players feel comfortable with and it has helped us punch above our weight this season.”
Having taken on Salisbury with an unchanged side and lost 3-0 last Saturday, Laird is expected to make changes at Basingstoke.
He said: “We had a really good win against Chelmsford in midweek and, although I had a feeling I should have freshened things up, I decided to give the same boys a go.
“Hindsight is a marvellous thing and it was a game too many for some of my lads.”
Jamie Laird serves the second of a two-match suspension, but captain Ben Kirk is back after recovering from illness.
Laird said: “Ben in a hugely influential player for us. He is the captain and a real leader and good influence on the pitch.”
