The toast of the Tavern
Lebeq Tavern clinched the Premier Division title with a game to spare after a convincing victory over GE Sports.
Jermaine Wright (2) Zayne Simpson, Kekura Sesay and Darryl Kazley scored the goals in a 5-2 win to make it a Lebeq Tavern double after their reserves had already comfortably clinched the Division I title by nine points.
Elsewhere in the Premier Division, goals from Matt Jackson and Paul Sheehan gave Scafftech UK a 2-1 victory over Downend. Sam Day got Downend's consolation but defeat signalled the end of any slim title hopes they still harboured before kick-off.
Three Lions had already clinched the second promotion spot in Division I, so their clash with third-placed Sportsman had nothing riding on the result. Sportsman came out on top with a brace from Dan Aldridge and an Alex Hunter goal sealing a 3-2 win. Father and son combination Colston and Tom Gwyther replied for Three Lions. Stapleton Sunday completed their campaign in the respectable position of fourth after a 6-4 victory over struggling Breakaways.
Longwell Green Sports put themselves in pole position to finish runners-up to Redfield Rangers in Division II with a 5-0 victory over A1 Sports & Performance. Craig Hobbs (2), Justin Lear, Simon Williams and Kieran O'Connor scored the goals which saw Longwell Green leapfrog their closest rivals.
Real Bristol, however, remain in the chase for the second promotion spot after goals from Matt Steele and Matt Brown clinched a 2-0 win against The Castle 2-0. They remain two points behind Longwell Green, with both sides having just one match left to play.
Pat Barter claimed five goals as BAWA Athletico were crowned Division III champions following an 11-2 dismantling of Stapleton Cricketers.
Ryan Glennon also bagged a hat-trick and Nick Bowering, Dan Lewis and Cesar Brito added the other goals. Chris Phillips and Andy Lear replied for the Cricketers, but Athletico's win meant they nicked the title on goal difference from Nicholas Wanderers.
Wanderers ended their campaign with a 2-1 victory over LFB United. Paul Brown and Louis Ingram netted for the victors, with Aaron Hill grabbing LFB's consolation goal.
Four goals from Rob Stokes helped Shadwell Rovers go out with a bang – and also meant that bottom-of-the-table Double O Two ended the season without a point. Phil Wright and Rob Presland scored the other goals in a 6-0 victory.
Matty Lane and Chris King scored consolation goals for DKL Athletic as they went down 9-2 to LB Sports.
Inter FC had already been crowned champions of Division IV before their thrilling 6-5 victory over Bristol Jaguars.
Jack Boyle (3), Martin Withey (2) and Matt Hutson scored the goals to see Inter finish five points clear of nearest rivals Stoke Lane Athletic. Jordan Scott (2), Mike Fitzpatrick, Ashley Wintle, and Adam Butler netted for Jaguars.
There was a similarly high-scoring affair between two sides struggling at the other end of the table,. Hamed Pearce (2), Lee Scott, Luke Gingell, Danny Edwards and Ryan Withey scoring the goals that gave Blackhorse Boys a 6-4 win over AFC Keynsham.
Gary Brooks and Nyall Woodruff grabbed a brace each despite being on the losing side.
Bristol Athletic Social completed their campaign with a 2-0 win over Littlesea.
