Bristol City make improved offer for Liam Kelly
Bristol City were today closing in on a deal for Kilmarnock midfielder Liam Kelly after submitting an improved offer for the 22-year-old Scotland international.
Robins manager Derek McInnes is keen on Kelly, who has scored six goals in his last Scottish Premier League appearances, and is believed to have upped his offer to around £200,000 plus add-ons.

Liam Kelly: Subject of a second bid from Bristol City
Kelly has been offered a four-year deal to stay at Rugby Park but is understood to be keen on a move back to England, having started his career with MK Dons.
The 22-year-old is out of contract in the summer and, although Killie would receive a development fee from any new employers if he saw out the season, the amount would be less than is being offered by Championship strugglers City.

Championship rivals Derby County are also showing an interest in the midfielder, but have yet to make an offer.
Despite interest from south of the border, Kilmarnock boss Kenny Shiels remains hopeful Kelly will stay at Rugby Park.
He said: "Liam is happy to stay with us. I'm sure he'll get plenty of offers but hopefully we can keep him at the club. In fact we would be keen to tie him to a new deal."
