We have to start well against Yeovil, says Bristol Rovers manager
Paul Trollope is demanding a flying start from his Bristol Rovers team in tomorrow's derby with Yeovil Town at the Memorial Stadium, writes Chris Swift.
The Pirates have paid the price for poor first-half performances as they have slipped to defeats in their last two games.

They conceded four goals before the break in their 5-1 mauling at Norwich – and failed to find their form until they were already two goals in arrears during last weekend's reverse at Southend.
Trollope is demanding a more positive showing from the first whistle against the Glovers this weekend.
"We've come unstuck in the past couple of away games and are disappointed about that," said the manager.
"We suffered a comprehensive defeat at Norwich, which we thought would be only a blip, but, unfortunately, we didn't play to a good enough level at Southend last weekend until we were 2-0 down.
"We have a bit of ground to make up and we want to improve on that performance and get a bit more consistency.
"The main thing is to start the game better because when we have opened games with energy and intensity we have cause teams real problems and usually got into leads.
"That's one of the factors that led to our good start to the season and one of the things we'll look to get back to doing tomorrow."
Rovers will be playing their first game at the Memorial Stadium in almost a month and looking to extend a decent record on home soil – their only defeat so far came on the opening day against Leyton Orient.
"It will be great to get back to the Memorial Stadium and, to be honest, it seems longer than a month since we last played there," said Trollope.
"This is a derby and while we appreciate that money is tight at the moment, we hope that people will turn up and watch us. We are still in the top six and if we can get the three points we are after, we'll certainly stay there."
Rovers should have a full squad to choose from with the exception of young striker Ben Hunt, who is nursing a calf strain.
"We have looked carefully at the players in training this week and after two defeats there are a number of possibilities because there are players who have been on the sidelines but have been patient and showed a good attitude," said Trollope. "They will come into the frame, although I am not going to give my team away.
"But we have three tough games coming up and we are going to need all of the squad.
"We will give Yeovil respect because they have done well in recent weeks and have some talented players, but we have very much focused on ourselves this week."
