Bristol City fans' views on the draw with Sheffield Wednesday: ONCE again Dean Gerken kept us in the match. We would never have earned a point without him and one of his saves in the second half was world class.

We can't keep relying on him to save us because he is going to make the odd mistake, as all goalkeepers do.

I WAS glad the manager made the changes at half-time because Hartley did make a difference in midfield and it was good to get the extra attacker on – but when will they learn that 1-0 isn't enough?

We seem to drop deep every time we go one-up and invite pressure on to us. You need to go for the second goal to kill teams off but there seems to be a cautious nature to our play.

I CAN'T say what I really think but what I will say is that Gerken and Maynard are our real stars and without them, I don't know where we would be.

Yes, we are still in the play-off places and we are happy with our league position but the football isn't exciting and hasn't been this season – and that is why a lot of fans aren't happy.

I THOUGHT we would win easily because they didn't look much of a side on paper, but we were glad of a point in the end.

Eighteen home games unbeaten is great, but how many have we won? Not as many as we need to, that's for sure. We have got a tough run of games coming up now and we needed to win today.

I'M very disappointed. Hartley must start every game from now on because he is our best passer and the best at set-pieces.

We need to see more from Haynes, Elliott and Johnson.
