We have been on Gloucester Road since 2008 and is a place for people who are serious about getting fit and wish to get into training in a comfortable environment. Our motivated staff are always here on hand to help you to achieve your goals and our wide range of facilities suits everyone from beginners and professional athletes.

We're open 7 days a week and although predominantly male gym we will soon be opening a 'Ladies Only Gym' in the old Blockbusters store next door so women can benefit from our expertise and the environment we provide on Gloucester Road.

Our dumbbells go up to 70KG , Boxing Facilities, A Sauna, UFC MMA Cage and an Outdoor Training Facility.
