Mel C hates leaving baby Scarlet

Mel C dashed out of Bruce Springsteen's set at Hard Rock Calling - becase she was missing her baby so much.

The new mum was desperate to see The Boss take to the stage at the event in London at the weekend, but she told the Daily Star she was missing her four-month-old daughter so much that she couldn't settle down and have fun at the gig.

"I can't really enjoy myself as I can't stop worrying and thinking about Scarlet," said the singer, who left just a few minutes into the US star's set.

Sporty Spice and boyfriend Thomas Starr - who have been together for seven years - welcomed baby Scarlet, their first child together, in February.
