My daughters wedding dress
“Thanks to Cherry and her dad for welcoming us into their shop and altering my daughters wedding dress so beautifully. The day went off well with everyone saying how lovely she looked. Every fitting day was a wonderful experience with nothing to much trouble. I will certainly use Cherry's again and can thoroughly recommend her to anyone.”

Simply The Best!
“Cherrys is the only place you want to go if you need any kind of sewing alteration - or even for that matter, something made from scratch. Lisa knows the answers to all alteration nightmares - no problem is beyond her. She will always find a solution to rebuild whatever item of clothing you need altered and have it fit you perfectly. Along with doing a great sewing job, her and her Dad are so welcoming and friendly it is a pleasure to go in the shop. Don't waste your time taking your repairs to anyone else!!!!”

Wedding dress

Saved my wedding!!!
“My 3 year old daughters dress needed altering and my seamstress let me down 4 days before the wedding i rang cherry's and they said they could squeeze me in and they got the dress finished the day before my wedding i cannot express how grateful i am to them and what a fantastic quality and service they provide i will be recommending them to everyone i know and i will be using them from hear on out!!!

Jeans and Leather Jacket
“Liza is the only person I know who can take up a pair of jeans and the result is the exact same finish when you bought them new - Except they're the length you want! Also she made a amazing repair to my husbands best leather jacket meaning it will last for many more years! so if you want something repaired I'd recommend Cherrys - most definately! ”

Excellent Value and Professional Service
“I took my favorite trousers into Cherrys a few days ago to have a tear on the seam mended and the hem taken up slightly. They were done the next day and the repair is so perfect I couldn't even remember where the tear had been. They are also now the right length , wish I'd had them taken up before, now - especially as it cost so little to get done! Thank you Liza!”
