Residents are being urged to have their say on issues which affect the local community.

A new Partners and Communities Together (PACT) group has been launched and will hold its inaugural meeting at Avon Way Hall tonight at 7pm. It is hoped a large number of local residents will attend the meeting, at which a new Pact chairman will be appointed.

Pact meetings give local residents the chance to discuss issues of concern with local police and community representatives.
