I see there is a proposal to delay awarding citizenship to immigrants if they go on anti-war demonstrations, or fail to integrate into the British way of life.

This is dotty on both counts. We should welcome immigrants who are anti-war, the more peaceable they are the better.

And what is the British way of life – takeaways, 10 pints of lager, Coronation Street, carrying knives, doing the Lottery, speeding in built-up areas, football, tweeting, strip clubs, reality TV, Trooping of the Colour, celeb worship? Who wants it?
