It's getting 'ever more uninspiring'
HILARY Mantel was simply exercising her right to freedom of speech with her comments regarding Kate Middleton.
She is an uninspiring figurehead for the ever more uninspiring institution, the monarchy. It is wrong to laud her charity work so highly, which she only does in a feeble attempt to justify her own totally unjustifiable position, when many others less fortunate than her contribute a lot more to charity.

She is the lipstick on the pig that is the monarchy. I do not accredit her or her family with any more intelligence than the average person, despite what biased media outlets such as this one imply.
The Prime Minister, who pointlessly stuck his nose into this affair should put his time to better use, such as denouncing the farce that is the Succession Bill and calling for an end to the arcane institution that is the monarchy.
