It's Benidorm or Bust as Good Ol' Boys embark on Hazzardous trip
THREE fundraising friends from Bristol have set out on a sponsored journey to Benidorm – dressed as the Dukes of Hazzard.
Mark Leonard, 43, Barry White, 46, and Richard Davey, 46, are taking part in the annual Benidorm or Bust Banger Rally.
They hope to raise hundreds of pounds for Bristol charity the Tom Hunt Trust, which wants to fund a new Teenage Cancer Unit in Bristol and then fund research into osteosarcoma, a form of bone tumour.
Barry, who owns Bristol and West Scaffolding with fellow fundraiser Mark, said: "I spotted the challenge a few years back on the internet. After meeting up we decided to go for it and we finally got together and got a car for the trip. We wanted to fund a local charity and we found the Tom Hunt Trust, which is doing great work in Bristol."

The three are travelling to London, taking a ferry from Dover, stopping for a night in Lyon before heading to Barcelona and finally Benidorm.
The trio agreed to go as the Dukes of Hazzard having grown up watching the popular 1980s TV show. But rather than a souped-up Dodge Charger like the original Duke boys, they are taking a 1999 Daewoo Lanos, worth around £300 and donated by a local business, to fit in with the rally's entry requirements
Barry said: "We are big fans of Daisy Duke. We have a picture on the windscreen so she's always with us."
