Television presenter Noel Edmonds took to the treadmill to encourage people to run in an event to raise funds for prostate cancer research in Bristol.
The third annual Run for the Future event, organised by Rotarians in the city, will see hundreds of people running 5km on the Downs in September.
It will raise funds for the Bristol Urological Institute (BUI) Prostate Cancer Appeal but organisers also hope to raise awareness of the disease and its symptoms.
The Deal Or No Deal presenter knows how important it is for people to be aware of the disease, which kills around 14,000 men a year, because it also killed his father at a time when there was less awareness.
Mr Edmonds said: "We're all too ready to brag about our prowess, but we don't talk about it when something isn't right down there.
"Men have a responsibility to themselves and their families to look after their health."
