Get revved-up for return of motor show
THE Post's Bristol Motor Show returns to The Mall at Cribbs Causeway from Friday to Sunday this weekend, for three days of free entertainment.
As well as a selection of the latest cars on show, you'll also be able to explore a range of motor homes, caravans and motorbikes, before admiring a selection of iconic cars from film and TV.
There is also the chance to test your racing skills with a spin in an F1 simulator, take a taster driving lesson (11-16 year olds) or time your laps and compete against your racing rivals on the MiniZ track.
F2 champ Dino Zamparelli will be on hand to answer any racing questions, sign autographs and pose for pictures beside his racing car.

There is even a selection of catering pit stops so you can refuel with ice cream, coffee and cakes.
The free show gears up on Friday, 9am-9pm, on Saturday 9am- 8pm and on Sunday 11am-5pm at the front of The Mall, outside WHSmith.
Among the highlights this year is Bristol Volksfest – a collection of classic VW vehicles, which will appear in addition to the famous VW Beetle, Herbie, from the film of the same name; the A-Team van; Kitt from Knight Rider and the Trotters' grubby yellow three-wheeler from Only Fools and Horses.
There will also be the chance to take a seat in an armoured Landrover courtesy of Avon and Somerset police.
A number of local dealerships will also be present displaying their latest models.
These include Robins & Day, Wessex Garages (Nissan, Alpha Romeo and Kia), Hartwell Jaguar, Blade (Seat and Skoda), Bristol Honda, Hursley Hill Garage (Ssang Yong), and Bristol Street Motors (Mazda, Jeep and Chrysler).
Motorbike enthusiasts are not forgotten with Bath Road based Fowlers' dealership on board for the first time too.
You'll also be able to explore a range of caravans and motor homes from the Family Travel Centre at Brislington.
South Gloucestershire road safety unit will be offering free eye testing for drivers, and there will be a chance to stock up on the latest car accessories from John Lewis' pop up display.
