Worst customer service

“ Just got a delivery from Warren’s. Delivery driver rang me 3 times as got lost, that’s never happened before. Cold burgers.. Website menu says chicken rodeo is served with stilton and bacon, it isn’t.. Also, the chicken was undercooked and bloody! Called the manager, after arguing that I read his website wrong, all he would do is apologise. Never had such bad customer service before! Complete waste of money, gutted. ”

“We visited on a sunday afternoon ,, excellent service,, top quality, tasty food,,very relaxed,, nice hardworking chaps who run the place,,highly recommended for value for money and good food,, hope they do really well! We will be back :-)”

Thirded ...

“Best Burger I have had excepting a couple in America. Tastes like a rib eye steak minced up into a inch thick slab of heaven. Definitely felt my stomach recoil in shock on finishing, but in a good way. ”

WOW!

“Amazing burger.... Best I have had. Couldn't finish the whole thing, took half home for later!
Busy when I got there, 7 people ordered The Beast before we ordered, but we didn't need to wait long at all. Great value, we 2 meals (Americano burger and Rodeo burger with chips, coleslaw and drink just £10! Brilliant! Will be going back!”

Fantastic!

“Warrens Gourmet Burger Co. is an absolute gem, plenty of parking, fantastic selection of handmade burgers, I had the Mexican and opted for the "double up" alongside was fries and slaw presented on a wooden board. An amazing meal, can't wait to go back for more. This is a MUST try.”
