If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, then The Brassmill country pub and restaurant could give you the rural escape you are looking for. Our team are fully trained to cater for your every need, so with our roaring log fire and rustic appearance, your time spent with us at The Brassmill will not disappoint.
In our restaurant we serve hearty, traditional pub food, with menus designed around seasonal favourites. Every Wednesday we offer our famous pie selection, whilst Sundays consist of your traditional roast. We offer a fixed priced menu Monday to Friday before 5pm, and during the summer months you can even dine alfresco in our beer garden.
The Brassmill bar serves a fantastic range of seasonal drinks as well as a great selection of fine wines and cask ales, so there is a great choice for everyone. We offer free Wi-Fi to all our customers, and we even have an iPhone app so you can receive updates on any upcoming offers and events.

“I recently booked a table for a family celebration and on making the booking asked if the restaurant could cater for a vegan and was assured this was the case. Imagine the disappointment when the vegan in the party was presented with a green salad and baby potatoes in an oily dressing whilst the rest of us, including the vegetarians in the group, tucked into good hearty meals. I realise catering for a vegan diet can be a bit more challenging than more mainstream diets, but I would rather know from the outset that the chef is unable to do so. Even a well known pizza chain is able to rise to the challenge. Took the edge of the celebration. Shame as the vegetarian meals were very good. Sorry but its back to the indian restaurants in future.”Report

“The Brassmill Vintage Inn in Keynsham has become one of the best dining venues in Bristol. There are times when during busy periods guests should expect a delay on service. It is our aim to provide our guests with great food at affordable prices. During the colder months of the year we do struggle with heating such a large building. The Brassmill is under going some refurbishments in January 2013 and we are hoping the heating issue will be reolved.
In response to our previous review, we have never had a wait of two hours for food, and our staff are trained in great customer service. This shows in the fact that the last 8 months have seen The Brassmill reach better sales than in previous years. Our guests are telling us we are doing a great job!. Ok there are times when things go wrong, but we always try to right them, and after all, we are only human. Our guests come first. As stated in the previous review, please do make your own judgement, you will clearly note that one persons opinion is there own, all be it over exaggerated! they are entitled to one.
