Prince of Wales - Great atmosphere and prices

“ This pub is only down the road from me and I've been nothing but impressed with it. They do some great vegetarian dishes and the food is always fresh. Drinks wise, they have a good selection of ciders and beers, and they also have a great deal on jager-bombs! The outside area is fantastic for a bunch of mates, however it does get really busy so if you want lots of space, head there early! ”

Prince of Wales - great local pub

“This is one of the nearest pubs to me and boy am I glad it is. The staff are wonderfully friendly and not at all pretentious (like some places on Gloucester Road) they've got a good mix of booze, outdoor area and some delicious food. It's a great place to go with a larger group of friends, but is just as accommodating for couple. There's a fab monthly pub quiz there too.”

Prince of Wales - one of the best pubs on Gloucester Road

“This is one of the most relaxed pubby pubs on Gloucester Road. It's got a fairly big covered beer garden out back and serves a good range of alcohol. This includes two local ciders on taps and a selection of ales. The music is pretty good, staff friendly and it attracts a good mix of young and old folk, students and workers.”
