Last night, about 300 young people gathered in Bristol to walk in memory of Troy Atkinson, the rugby-playing teenager who was killed in a hit-and-run accident exactly a week previously.

Since Troy's tragic death, it is clear to see how his friends have been affected and their dignity and warm tributes have been highly moving.

Their tribute in Bristol last night was a wonderful demonstration of solidarity and as a tribute to a friend, it could not have been more touching.
