I would like to write in praise of my local bus service. As you can guess, this is not First Bus but South Gloucestershire Bus and Coach Company.

Since the X62 has been removed, this South Gloucestershire company has provided an excellent service.

Not only is it reliable and quick but even cheaper.

It is also the only bus, as far as I know, which actually caters for passengers travelling to the offices situated near to Temple Meads.

Today I caught the new 462A from Downend to Temple Meads at 7.30am from Bromley Heath, with limited stops and travelling down the M32, I arrived at my office in Victoria Street well before 8am.

This is the type of service we need and hope that more people will support this bus company as it provides everything a transport company should provide and always puts its passengers FIRST – unlike another company we could mention.
