Have a laugh in Bristol park with music and crafts
They are all part of a new arts festival called ParkArts09. An exciting array of artists and performers have been lined up.
The event has been organised by, among others, members of The Friends of St Andrews Park, North Bristol Artists and St Bartholomew's Church. Proceeds from the day will go towards improvements to the park.
The new ParkArts day will feature an eclectic mix of music along with visual artists, performers, fun activities for children, a craft market and accompanying food stalls.
Simon Tozer, who is arranging the craft market and stalls said: "We are expecting around 40 stalls, from local artists, artisans, and craft-makers selling their wares, to vintage clothing stalls, henna tattoos, face painting and art activities for all the family.
"There will be food stalls to compliment the ever popular Tea Garden Cafe."
ParkArts09y will run from 11am to 5pm.
