Be a high flyer at the balloon fiesta

The Bristol International Balloon Fiesta is inviting businesses to become members of a new club, giving each supporter a package of benefits, with the opportunity to become the event's main title sponsor for 2009.

The first 100 organisations to invest £2,000 to join the Fiesta's 100 Club will receive sponsorship benefits, including corporate hospitality, balloon flight vouchers, a banner displayed in the main arena and VIP tickets to the event, but may also enter into an exclusive sponsorship prize draw.

One organisation will be this year's main event title sponsor, with its own branded hot air balloon, massive media exposure and profile with the half a million people who attend the four-day ballooning extravaganza.

Don Cameron, chairman of the fiesta, said: "This is a wonderful way for companies and organisations to support one of the West Country's favourite events while providing a fantastic return on investment in terms of the profile and networking opportunities the fiesta provides."

Three other organisations will sponsor the two Night Glow events, with a branded balloon taking centre stage at the shows, or have their company coupled with the Red Arrows display at the fiesta. Susan Tanner, event director said: "The 100 Club offers excellent sponsorship opportunities for any company wishing to be associated with one of the most popular events in the country. Every member of our new 100 Club will get a great package of benefits. For the first 100, there is a 1 in 25 opportunity to become one of the fiesta's main sponsors."
