The girls posed in the sun at their Spanish base in Alicante in an attempt to raise the money for KIDS.
The charity, based in Kingswood, has pioneered services for disabled children.
Ryanair spokesman Stephen McNamara said: "Every year the calendar sells like hot cakes."
Kevin Williams from KIDS said: "We are delighted that Ryanair has this year chosen to support the much-valued, practical support that KIDS provides for disabled children and their families in Bristol and throughout the UK. Our thanks go to all the cabin crew who took part – it's great when a bit of fun can serve such a serious purpose."
The calendar is available on flights, Ryanair's website, www.ryanair.com, and from KIDS administrative offices in Bristol for £10.
