Feedback: Tesco customers and car parking

In response to the recent letter concerning dismay at the parking charges imposed at a car park outside one of our stores, we would like to make it clear that the car park outside Tesco Cribbs Causeway is not owned or operated by Tesco.

The landlords operate the car park at this site through a specialist car park management agency.

We have sought clarification and have been reassured charges will be issued as fairly as possible into the future, but if a customer feels this has not been the case then the charge can be appealed.

We are very mindful that it is not in our interests for customers who choose to shop with us, and who follow the spirit of parking guidelines, to be charged in this way.
