We are so lucky to have our store
IT's my opinion that the residents of Failand are very fortunate to have a post office and store within the heart of the community Both post office and store are run by a charming couple, Nigel and Lorraine, with an equally delightful part-time staff.
The store has a very comprehensive range of goods from grocery to green grocery and there is really no need to go elsewhere for one's basic needs.
I know Nigel and Lorraine love Portugal and I sincerely hope, and I know it's being selfish, that they do not decide to uproot and go there to live.
It would be a sad day for Failand if they did and believe me they would be a very hard act to follow.
