Two trampolinists who train in Weston-super-Mare and Cheddar are flying to Sweden to compete in an international competition.

Beth Fisher, aged 10, from Worle, and Laura Gallagher, from Weston Zoyland, are members of the High Flyers Trampolining Club, which was founded in 1991 and boasts 17 national champions.

The pair are heading to Herrljunga on May 21 to compete in the 26th International Frivolten Cup.

Beth, of St Mark's Primary School, has been trampolining since she was six and this year has been graded in every competition she has entered.

Laura, 20, who is the current U19 World Champion, is also a 2012 London Olympic hopeful and has her sights set on a gold medal.
