Martin Lee, of Bradley Stoke Youth FC, has received the GFA Charter Standard Coach Award for his contribution to local football at all levels in the area.

He was a founder member of the club in 1998 and coached his team from under-eight to under-16 level, then helped to create a senior section, providing players with a pathway from youth to adult football.

He also coaches at primary schools in the area and is working to ensure members of the local community are integrated into the football club.

Coalpit Heath FC has been named a Charter Standard Development Club, having committed a large amount of time, effort and money to ensure all coaches are qualified to provide high-quality sessions.

Jeff Forster, treasurer and manager of Bristol Juniors Under-11 team, has received the GFA Football Volunteer Workforce (Adult) Award for his services to the club in many areas.
