VEGETARIANS, I would like to point out, live on average four years longer than meat eaters. They get less cancers, heart disease, diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure problems. They also tend to weigh less without the need for dieting. Albert Einstein was one of the many famous veggies. He said "Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances of survival for life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet".

“Einstein was only a vegetarian for the last year of his life and the actual quote (made in a letter to the Vegetarian Watch Tower magazine) was "It is my view that the vegetarian manner of living, by its purely physical effect on the human temperament, would most beneficially influence the lot of mankind."

Adolf Hitler was also a vegetarian - no misquotes from him?”
