Jackson's music will live on in his fans

Tuesday, June 30, 2009, 07:00

It's a very sad day in the music industry. One of the world's greatest artists is now at peace.

I want to say I'm truly upset about this news. I was going to see him in London on the 16th – I have always been a big fan and wished I could have seen him.

I think we should all let him rest in peace now. I think he deserves it. People might criticise him over what he did, but no one will ever know the truth only him – no one can judge him.

At the end of the day he made music, he wrote songs, he was a brilliant dancer – that's all that matters. When you are in a club and you hear his song, you don't say 'right I'm not listening to this as he has done stuff in the past'. No you carry on dancing because you enjoy the music.

Michael Jackson, you will be missed. Your music will live forever.

Craig Price,

Shirehampton.

Have your say

Manchester is getting a congestion charge, and Bristol could also have one by 2014? Do you think it will work in Bristol?
