Further inspection planned for Bristol Rugby's trip to Cornish Pirates
CORNISH Pirates have confirmed that a pitch inspection this afternoon has deemed the Mennaye Field surface playable.
But, with more rain forecast overnight, a further inspection will take place at 9.30am on New Year's Day, with the match due to kick off at 2pm.

Pirates, on their official website - www.cornish-pirates.com - say they remain "very confident" tomorrow's Championship match will go ahead.
