VIDEO: Ice hockey 101 - Learn to shoot with the Bristol Pitbulls

Bristol Pitbulls' player/coach Rich Hargreaves has taken time out of preparations for the new season to team up with the Evening Post and teach you how to play ice hockey.

The city will be returning to the ranks of professional ice hockey for the first time in more than 16 years come September in the form of the Bristol Pitbulls.

Coach Hargreaves has captured his biggest signing to date in Australian international Adrian Esposito and the Pitbulls are ready to rip up Division 2 of the English National League.

In the first part of our Hockey 101 Hargreaves showed you how to skate and now we progress to the more entertaining part - shooting.

Learn the ins and outs of slap shots and snap shots from a professional player and impress your friends next time you take to the ice.
