Brothers Alistair, Stuart and Jon Hood inspired Barrow Gurney to an 89-run victory over Stoke Gifford in Division Three.

Skipper and older brother Alistair hit 58 not out while Stuart was the top run maker with 75 in Gurney's 239-7.

Jon – Stuart's twin brother – then ensured it was a family affair by taking 6-50 as Gifford were restricted to 150.

P Brearley and D Jennings hit 69 and 51 respectively in the University of Bristol Staff's 103-run win over United Banks.

Kalpit Patel took 4-57 then hit 37 not out as Bristol Indians beat Abbots Leigh by five wickets.

In the Senior Division, St Mary Redcliffe claimed their maiden win of the summer after beating fellow strugglers Cleeve by nine runs.

Redcliffe made 185 thanks to James Thrower (38) and Simon Headford (51). John Hance took 5-55.

But, despite Robert Hoffeldt smashing 73, Cleeve finished on 176 with Devon Graham (4-43) the top bowler.

Leaders Pak Bristolians cruised to a 101-run win against Portishead thanks to Imran Butt making 56 before claiming 6-33. Portishead skipper David Colyer took 5-45.

Mark Fowler (58) and Ian Reed (53) put on 116 for the first wicket in Twyford House's 15-run win against Chew Magna.

Duncan Taylor finished on 5-46 as House made 217-8. Chew replied with 202 with opener Ken Mondaire and tailender Paul King scoring 71 and 46 respectively. Andy Nairn and Fowler took 5-42 and 2-51 respectively.

Failand and Portbury scraped home by two wickets against Hampset.

Chasing 258-7, Ed Lye scoring 68 from 64 balls, Portbury were grateful to Hugo Hanchet's 106.

But after reaching 231-2, Failand lost their next six wickets for eight runs before securing victory.

Liam Hartigan hit 110 from 101 balls, including nine fours and three sixes, and took 3-11 in Almondsbury's 72-run win against Bristol Asians.

Skipper Tom Armfield made 55 from 90 balls, including six fours, and shared a third-wicket stand of 167 runs with Hartigan in Almondsbury's 262-8. Adnan and Haroon both made half centuries in the Asians' 190.

In the First Division, Barry Gayle made 74 in Phoenix West Indians' five-wicket win over Frampton Cotterell.

Duncan Boffin smashed 109 but finished on the losing side as Hanham were defeated by two wickets against Bristol Pakistanis.

Bradley Stoke held on for a 35-run win against Coalpit Heath after Wayne Passmore (7-57) starred with the ball. Dave Gardner hit 91 in Old Down's four-wicket defeat to Long Ashton. who were grateful to John Quinn for taking 4-43.

M Chappell's 58 led Bitton to a 61-run win over Patchway in Division Two.

Blagdon beat Lodway by four wickets thanks to Jay Hemming's 59. A Robson smashed 68.

Danny Peters claimed 5-30 in Gordano Valley's four-wicket win over Carsons/Mangotsfield. Chasing 164, Joe Eizenberg smacked 56 in Valley's 166-6.

Neil Maggs and John Glanville hit 44 and 42 respectively in St George's four-wicket defeat to Stoke Bishop.

In Division Four, James Beecham claimed his second eight-wicket haul (8-33, this time including a hat-trick) in seven days when Taveners beat Southmead by 73 runs.
