“I had been using this salon for several years and was very happy with the results (so cant criticise that aspect). Then I saw all the offers they were making to 'new' customers whilst at the same time they wiped my VIP points (without notice) to start a new year and wouldnt let me use the points. When i complained they couldnt care less. So, i have moved on to salons that have offers to keep existing customers and actually want to keep them. I hope they are happy with their 'new' customers!!”
