A fun day to highlight family service
Bristol's Family Information Service held a fun day for under fives and their parents or carers at Canford Park in Westbury- on-Trym.
The aim was to raise awareness of the services on offer. Road safety, library, police, fire and ambulance representatives were also on hand to offer help and advice.
Children took part in activities including face-painting, crafts, balloon modelling and badge making.
Bristol City Council's director for children Annie Hudson said: "Family Information Service provides free impartial and practical advice on the issues that face every family from childcare to schooling."
