Three face fake Banksy art charges
Three people have appeared in court accused of selling fake Banksy prints.
The trio allegedly made and sold art supposedly by the Bristol artist, who has just opened an exhibition at the City Museum in Bristol, and punk clothing supposedly designed by Vivienne Westwood.
Grant Howard, 43, of Croydon, and Lee Parker, 44, of Eastbourne, appeared at City of London Magistrates' Court charged with conspiracy to defraud. Vesna Grandes-Howard, 32, of South Croydon, appeared charged with money laundering.
They will appear at Southwark Crown Court on August 18.
