Woodland Compound
Spend the day learning how to make a beautiful hand carved wooden bowl or spoon to take home.
Join our woodworking experts in the woodland compound, learning the skilled craft of hand-carving wood.
Students will learn traditional tools and techniques to carve a beautiful wooden bowl or spoon from scratch using cemetery-sourced wood. Skilled craft tutors will be on hand to help you produce your personal piece to take home. Ideal if you're looking to make that special Christmas gift or something for pride of place on your mantlepiece.
Spaces on this course are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
This event takes place in our craft compound and is physically active. Please wear sensible shoes and warm clothes you're happy to get mucky to this event.

HOW TO BOOK
Tickets are £35 and available from our Gift Shop, located in the East Lodge building (to the left as you enter the cemetery through the main gates just off the Bath Road entrance). To book your tickets over the phone please ring our Bookings Office on 0117 9719117. Please note there will be a £1 p&p charge for tickets sent by post.
