FAMILIES across the South West are invited to have one last blast of fun and help raise funds for charity before the children return to school.
Puxton Park, in Hewish, is holding a Back to School Party on September 1 and 2, to inject some family fun into the last weekend of the summer holidays.
Parents are urged to join in the fun by dressing up as school pupils for half price entry and the other half of the fee will be donated to Puxton’s nominated charity, Children’s Hospice South West.
The adventure park has already held a fundraising summer party in aid of the hospice’s North Somerset base, Charlton Farm, Wraxall, and says this event will hopefully give the hospice another cash injection.
Head of Park, Susie Johnson, said: “Come on down and show your youthful side by dressing up, having fun and helping to raise more funds for Children’s Hospice South West.
“We were thrilled with the support shown during our summer party and we hope to see lots of families coming down for a final day of fun before the kids return to school.”
During the day there will also be half price food for children in McPuxton’s and Meadows Restaurant with every paying adult meal.
