Join CineMe Shorts in June at The Tobacco Factory.
This months event provides local filmmakers and creatives an opportunity to network and watch short films made by local filmmakers.
The evening will include a screening of the Bafta nominated short film 'Connect', the winner of the Encounters 0117 Challenge 'Wind', animations by Bristol creative Ian Ball, plus other short film dramas, documentaries and music videos.
There will be a DVD and movie prize giveaway, plus a long interval allowing people to socialise and network.
The second half will also include a talk and visual presentation by Bristol filmmaker Dave Saville, who travels the globe visiting the locations of his favourite movies - Including An American Werewolf In London, The Exorcist, Back To The Future and The Goonies.
Dave will be talking about his interests and experiences and will be presenting a behind the scenes look at the filming locations for Stanley Kubrick's 'A Clockwork Orange' (1971), filmed in South London on the Thamesmead estate.
