Not much of a 'Full Management Service'

“ We used C&M Full Management Service while abroad. When we came back there was over 10k damage to our home and the rent was 2k in arrears. C&M said they were not responsible for - the quality/speed of work carried out by their contractors - carrying out detailed inspections while we were away - produce a complete survey on our return - collecting the money owed after the end of the tenancy Not much of a 'Full Management Service'! ”
