Two drivers rescued from cars after collision on M5 motorway near Bristol
TWO people were rescued from their cars after a collision on the M5 motorway near Bristol.
Fire crews from Avonmouth, Southmead and Pill attended the incident, on the southbound side of the motorway between junctions 18 and 19, at 6.50pm yesterday.

They used hydraulic cutting equipment to remove an elderly female driver from her Suzuki car, and removed the roof of a Peugeot to remove the driver, a man in his 50s.
The man was placed on a spinal board and both were taken to hospital.
