    Commenter is right. All those years of free schooling, but you never learnt even the basics of spelling, grammar or punctuation.”

    “Oh dear, standards are slipping again. Write it out again, but like this:-

    'Why? Who appointed you two the spelling police? You are just cowards who hide behind silly pics, and can't be bothered to have a face pic?"

    Notes:-
    (1) You need to punctuate after 'why'. Although I have preferred to use a question mark for this purpose, a comma would do just as well.
    (2) There is nothing intrinsically wrong with your use of 'when', although you should punctuate beforehand. My preference is for shorter sentences, hence I have preferred to treat the clauses before and after 'when' as separate interrogations. This treatment calls for the suppression of 'when'.
    (3) I have taken the liberty of introducing the word 'just', as I believe that doing so better captures what you are trying to convey.
    (4) I have corrected your misspelling of 'coward'.
    (5) Your first use of 'pic' needs to be pluralized. My version reflects this.
    (6) I have persisted with your colloquial 'pic' rather than the strictly correct 'picture', as I believe that the purpose of rules of grammar and spelling is to aid comprehension, and not to reinforce pedantry.
    (7) The irony of your not being bothered to spell 'be bothered' correctly was not wasted on me.”

    Name's name ('Name') names Name.
    Name himself is hard to describe.
    Hair, teeth, shirt;
    just like all the others;
    like you.”

    “Poly,

    By the way I wasn't trawling the net looking for errors by 42. It was Tiger of Southmead who pointed it out with a link. On the matter of my running for Mayor.

    We get what we deserve. I dread to think what this election will throw up and the poor chap who has to be Mayor. My offer was to work WITH the council not against.

    Balancing the budget by introducing a new contract with new employees whilst honouring existing contracts. On the new contract no one would earn above £50,000 including Chief Executive, inflation linked annual pay awards, three stage warning procedure for dismissal, and a permanent freeze on wage rates for existing contracts.

    Once the wage rate on new contracts have risen to match existing wage rates old wage rates would then to begin to rise with everyone on the same rate.

    The contract to administer this solution would be put up for bid to outside companies such as Capita or IBM. Capita re won the bid to collect the TV licence for the BBC.

    A garden has to be pruned. Businesses and organisations such as the Council need to be "pruned".

    As I said. I think the Council have done a great job. But paying for expenditure by borrowing and borrowing to pay back debts incurred by earlier borrowing is like living in a Fool's Paradise.

    I'm feeling better now thanks and yes I Praise the Lord with no apology just I would not expect to hear from others of other Faith or not.

    Freedom of expression. Freedom to slander, misrepresent, misinterpret, insult? No!

    Yours Derek.
