“Welcome to Bristol the City has many diverse areas, with great schools. A diverse part of the city is Easton & Eastville,. Pauls used to have a rough reputation but it has in the last ten years become a great community. Crime is low in Eastville , St Pauls, there are parts of Easton that have a higher crime rate.
you may also look to the outskirts of Bristol, such as Downend or Frenchay, whilst it has a smaller mix of the community that it has in Easton etc, it does have great schools.
You find Bristol very friendly, and Bristolians willing to help, I am proud of being a Bristolian , cannot recommend this city enough.”
“Hi, I am a black female, my partner is a white male and we have a mixed race 2 year old daughter. We are going to move to Bristol later on in the year because of my partners job and I am wanting to know what would be the most suitable area for us. We have a fair to reasonable working class income and would be looking at around £250k for housing. I want to live in an area that has a good balance of ethnic mix (doesn't have to be a high percentage) and also good schools. I don't want to live in an area that is rough though and plagued with crime. I would like an area with a good community spirit if possible. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Cheers”
