Enjoy a big breakfast and make big cash for Weston Hospicecare
Congresbury Supporters Group works tirelessly to raise money for the hospice and stage a fry up each year.
The event is held at the Rec Club just off Brinsea Road, and this year's breakfast on Saturday, from 9.30am-noon, aims to raise at least £2,000.
Those attending can enjoy a full English breakfast, with all proceeds going to the hospice, which cares for about 1,100 people each year.
There will also be a range of home-made jams, chutneys and cakes on sale, as well as Christmas gifts.
The Big Breakfast has been running for the past eight years and has raised £2,000 in one morning alone.
Weston Hospicecare fundraiser Sue Sweet said: "This is a great fun event that raises a great deal of money for the Hospice.
"The supporters group in Congresbury does a fantastic job every year of cooking up a big breakfast for people to enjoy and I expect this year will be just tasty."
The money raised will go towards the hospice's new Do Just One Thing appeal, which seeks to raise £160,000 to deal with the extra demand for its services.
