Last call for models
Photographs are being taken between 10am and 4pm tomorrow and Sunday outside the old Woolworths in the Mall Galleries.
Dozens of hopeful models came to have their photographs taken at the photoshoots earlier this month, and the second set of shoots this weekend could be the first step on the road to stardom for one lucky guy and one lucky girl.
Bristol's Next Top Model is a competition looking to find one guy and one girl and give them a modelling contract with Bristol model agency Mustard Models.
All you need to do is fill out an entry form that is published in the paper today and tomorrow, and turn up at one of the sessions.
You will get your photo taken by a professional photographer, and then you will get the opportunity to come back and choose what you think is the best shot.
Fiona Stoddart, advertisment director at the Evening Post, said: "Bristol's Next Top Model has had a great start and we're hoping for even more people to turn up at the next two photo shoots this weekend.
"Choosing one guy and one girl is going to be a tough challenge for our judges but the competition will offer two people the opportunity to explore a career in modelling and so a challenge that will be taken seriously. If you think you've got what it takes, get yourself down here for the photo shoots. Whether you win or not it will definitely be a lot of fun, so come and have a go."
Everyone who enters will make it into a supplement in the Post next month, and readers will be able to vote for their favourite.
Entrants will then be whittled down to a top 40, half chosen by readers and half by a panel of judges.
In August, there will be a fashion show to choose a shortlist of 16 hopefuls, who will then have their own photo shoots around Bristol before a grand final in September.
As well as a modelling contract, the winners will get an initial photo shoot with Mustard Model Agency, and get help developing a professional portfolio and ongoing support and advice.
