Free from everything but taste!

“I try to eat as healthily and as ethically as possible, and have been impressed with the general improvement in choice across the board. In my opinion, the Bristol Bakehouse is part of that increase in choice. I tried (and then bought!) some of the delicious chocolate cake, safe in the knowledge that my principles and taste buds could agree that this was a great purchase. ”

Can't believe it's not gluten!

“I have to admit, I was a bit leery about trying gluten free cake but my IBS means that I need to avoid a lot of foods to manage the condition (which has left me feeling a bit depressed about missing out on treats). But I tried a piece of the chocolate cake at the market, and can't believe how nice and NORMAL it tastes! This bakery has made me realise that I can still eat yummy food while managing my diet, and I can't recommend the cake and fudge enough (and my vegan friend agrees). You need to try this company if you have dietary issues :)”
