Take a look behind the scenes at North Somerset council

People across North Somerset are being given the chance to take a look behind the scenes at the council.

North Somerset Council is running tours of its Town Hall and Somerset House offices in Weston-super-Mare on October 8. The tours are part of National Customer Services Week (October 5-11) which aims to raise awareness of the role customer service plays within an organisation.

Two tours are planned, one at 10am and the other at 2pm. They should last about an hour and will include visits to the old and new council chambers and the CCTV control room in the town hall and the council's contact centre at Somerset House. To book a place on the tours contact the customer services officer on 01934 426 826 or email customer.services@n-somerset.gov.uk by October 5, stating the tour you want.
