Bristol accountant scores top exam results
In the recent nationwide tax exams, Kristina Volodeva, pictured left, of Deloitte in Bristol, passed with more than just flying colours, having been awarded a trio of top prizes.
More than 1,000 candidates across the country sat the exams set by The Association of Taxation Technicians. However, Kristina Volodeva impressed the most, with a clean sweep of distinctions in all her four papers, earning her a spot in the top four per cent of candidates in the country.
Kristina was awarded an Association Medal for the best overall performance and the LexisNexis Prize for the highest total marks when taking all four papers in one sitting. In addition, she achieved the highest mark in the country for the Practice Administration and Ethics paper.
Sam Hart, associate partner at Deloitte in the South West, said: "We are thrilled for Kristina. Since she joined Deloitte last year, she has made her mark, and we are delighted to see the motivated approach and dedication she puts towards her work has paid off. At the same time, we want to congratulate all of our team here in Bristol who also recently passed their professional exams."
