Forest confirm Adebola signing from Bristol City

Nottingham Forest have announced they have agreed to sign Bristol City striker Dele Adebola on a two-year deal.

Adebola, 33, turned down the offer of a new one-year contract at Ashton Gate to move to the City Ground.

The deal will be finalised on Wednesday once his contract with Bristol City has expired.

The experienced frontman was named as City’s Player of the Year last season after scoring 10 goals and becomes Forest’s second signing of the summer, following the capture of David McGoldrick from Southampton.
